Citrix Support Desk Administrator – Ft. Meade

The Citrix Support Desk Administrator will be instrumental in a 24x7x365 environment that provides support to virtual desktops worldwide. This position is shift based including morning, swing and night shifts. Perform Citrix administration to include troubleshooting incidents or problems elevated at a higher level of expertise. You will have the opportunity to utilize your experience with Citrix provisioning, XenDesktop, XenApp, and VMware. Other duties will include building, updating, and managing virtual desktops and end user settings, illustrating the communication process between the controller, hypervisor, provisioning services, and a user device during desktop delivery, and managing Desktop Catalogs and Groups in XenDesktop.

Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of IT experience in helpdesk support with Citrix technologies. BS degree preferred along with Certified Citrix Administrator (CCA) Certification. TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required.
