The Junior Systems Administrator will perform implementation of systems and software components including Microsoft products, (Active Directory, Exchange, Server 2003, Server 2008) and VMware solutions. Citrix experience is a plus. Other duties will include analyzing, logging, tracking and resolving software/hardware matters pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printer, servers, and applications. Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose system problems; document system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommend course of action and implements as approved. Upgrade system software and hardware components and coordinate backups. Ensure upgrades are occurring in accordance with established parameters. Install, test, upgrade and configure system files and services to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with computer systems or networking including Hardware/Software installation and upgrades. BS degree preferred. TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph clearance required.
