VMware Support Desk Administrator – Ft. Meade
The VMware Support Desk Administrator will be instrumental in a 24x7x365 environment that provides support to virtual desktops worldwide. This position is shift based including morning, swing and night shifts. Perform troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of VMware virtual environments. Build, update and manage Virtual Desktops.
Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of IT experience in helpdesk support with VMware technologies. BS degree preferred along with VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification. TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required.
