Windows Support Desk Administrator – Ft. Meade

The Windows Support Desk Administrator will be instrumental in a 24x7x365 environment that provides support to virtual desktops worldwide. This position is shift based including morning, swing and night shifts. Perform Windows system administration to include troubleshooting incidents or problems elevated at a higher level of expertise. You will have the opportunity to utilize your experience with Microsoft server operating systems and services, to include Active Directory, File and Print services, Exchange, IIS, SQL, permissions, and security, Microsoft desktop applications and operating systems, network protocols, design and maintenance. Manage servers, including file, print, Citrix provisioning, XenDesktop, XenApp, VMware, backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.

Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of IT experience in helpdesk support with Microsoft Windows technologies. BS degree preferred. TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required.
